Homeopathy looks at the whole person. I choose a remedy from how your complaints feel to you, what changes them, and the kind of person you are. A detail that seems trivial or unrelated, such as an odd sensation, a food you crave, or the time of day things get worse, is often the most useful thing you can tell me.

Start with whatever you can answer straight away, because those answers tend to matter most. Skip anything that doesn't apply, or that you would rather talk about in person. Asking someone close to you can help with your childhood and family history.

Your answers stay on your device. This page has no server behind it, and nothing you type is sent to me or to anyone else until you email me the file yourself. The privacy page explains how I look after it once I have it.

Save as you go

This page keeps nothing once you close it. Press Save whenever you stop, even halfway through: it is always on the right of the screen, or along the bottom on a phone. Your browser saves a file, usually into your Downloads folder.

To carry on later, come back to this page, press Open and choose that file. Everything you wrote comes back, and you can keep going and save again. Double-clicking the file shows your answers in your browser, but you cannot change them there.

When you have finished, save once more and email me the newest file, or bring it to your appointment.
